Here are the documents you'll need to get things started for your team. Coaches should always have a copy of the rules on hand whenever they play. Waivers for all players must be completed and submitted before your first game. You can use the roster template below, but you don't have to, as long as what you turn in indicates alumni and varsity status for all players. The scoresheet template below is new this year because it has a space to indicate who refereed your game. So you must use this updated form now each time you play.
