The timeline for the upcoming Elections for the positions of Vice President, Secretary/Membership and two (2) Advisory Committee Directors is as follows:

December 7th, 2009:   Announcement and overview of timeline during monthly meeting

December 8th, 2009:   Applications available via the website during the day

January 11th, 2010:     Additional details announced related to position applications and associated deadlines related to A/C eligibility for chapters

January 25th, 2010:  First meet the candidates Happy Hour, BlackFinn DC, 6PM

January 31st, 2010:    Applications due

February 2nd, 1010:     Deadline for A/C School applications

February 3rd, 2010:      Second meet the candidates Happy Hour, Liberty Tavern - Clarendon, 6PM

February 5th, 2010:      Deadline for A/C proxies

February 9th, 2010:      Elections occur at Monthly Meeting

April 1st, 2010:             Terms begin for new officers

Additional Information
CANDIDATE HAPPY HOURS:
There will be two candidate happy hours this year that everyone is invited to attend to meet the candidates.  The first one will be at BlackFinn in DC on January 25 and the second one will be at Liberty Tavern in Clarendon on February 3.

ELECTIONS:
The elections will be held on February 9th.  All A/C members are required to vote in person.
